The Mountune MRD270 upgrade has been developed for the Zetec-S 1.6-litre TDCi variant of the Mk6 Fiesta and is the first diesel performance kit to be launched under the Mountune banner.

With expert diesel calibrators involved in the kits development you can be assured of the usual OE-like feel and quality whilst increasing the vehicle's performance.

Hardware changes are relatively minimal in the form of a K&N panel filter replacement, but combined with the knowledge encompassed in the Mountune teams’ MRD270 calibration, the performance improvement, drivability and fuel economy have all been substantialy improved throughout the rev-range. 

The general drivability and driver enjoyment will see a marked improvement and with 270Nm available, overtaking is now also much safer. 

Available now from Mountune HQ priced at £375, the MRD270 is also expected to roll-out through Mountune Ford PRO dealers in early 2012 so please register your interest with your local PRO dealer. 

Once upgraded typical power output is increased to 115PS, with 270Nm torque.
