The Mountune Racing Fiesta 1.6 Ti-VCT 155PS engine upgrade is designed specifically for installation at Mountune's factory in Essex due to the diagnostic equipment required to reprogramme the Engine Control Unit with the appropriate calibration. 

The 155PS and 180Nm performance upgrade for 120PS Zetec-S, S1600, Titanium and 134PS S1600 and Metal 1.6-litre models, consists of a pair of Mountune camshafts, a modified high-flow twin-feed air induction system, a high performance exhaust system including high-flow catalyst and tubular manifold, either 1 or 2 new Hego sensors (depending on model) and re-calibration of Ford’s 1.6-litre Ti-VCT Sigma engine to produce 155PS at 6700rpm and 180Nm at 5000rpm.

This boost in performance reduces the standard 0-60mph time from 9.9secs to 7.5secs whilst further indications of the performance improvement can also be seen through the Ford standard in-gear(4th) 31-62mph times of 12.6 secs (standard) versus 10.5 secs (MR155) - a full 2.1secs quicker.

This upgrade does not affect your Vehicle Excise Duty (tax) banding as it's fitted after vehicle registration.

As with the majority of Mountune products, the 155PS upgrade has been developed alongside Ford to ensure the usual OE quality of upgrade in terms of driveability, reliability and durability, and has been subject to the same vigorous testing program that all Mountune products undergo. 

The 155PS kit can be fitted to any 1.6 Ti VCT Mk7 Fiesta, new or used, and has a minimum 12 months/12,000-mile warranty but as a Mountune Racing product may affect the base vehicle warranty (specifically the powertrain portion).


Please note: As a Moutune Racing upgrade all parts are covered by a 12-month / 12,000mile warranty against manufacturing defects when fitted to the original vehicle. Mountune Racing parts do not benefit from the same warranty arrangement as Mountune Performance parts and as such fitting MR parts may invalidate part of your base vehicle warranty.
