With market-leading performance upgrades well established around the world it was only a matter of time before a range of chassis and brake enhancements joined the line-up for Focus RS.
The new brake upgrade consists of a 6-pot monoblock caliper with floating 365mm disc/bell assemblies and is manufactured by Alcon in the UK to the highest possible standards.
During development key objectives were identified above the usual braking demands - such as fitting behind the standard Focus RS wheels without the need for spacers (that interfere with the offset and correct working of the RevoKnuckle), which were duly overcome - the Mountune kit being one of the only ones to boast this kit feature.
A vigorous sign-off process was also bolstered with with outside assistance from BTCC talent Mat Jackson - giving his seal of approval and further reassuring you of this kits impressive performance and durability characteristics.
The kit is available now directly from Mountune and through all PRO Dealers and authorised Mountune resellers and comes with a choice of three caliper colour finishes and two pad compounds.
Black / yellow, yellow / black and a RS500 red / black option are all available to compliment your RS, regardless of the colour. A matching uprated rear brake kit is due for release at the end of the month to compliment the front to complete the boost in braking performance and aesthetics perfectly.
